what does INDIA need????

INDIA .....a land of opportunities...a country which western nations are exploiting it for centuries...ya its true we getting exploited till today....
independence that what we have achived...what does this independence really mean freedom from slavery...or did India became a real independent nation....the answer for that is a big NO
after 60 years of so called independence what did we really achieve...can we sustain with out support of any other nation....na...we are still depending on the western countries or some other countries for our day to day requirements they has been our technology providers and our goods manufactures..
y aren't we successful implementing our technology...are INDIANS inferior...are they lazy to develop some thing innovative...hmmm...the whole world is searching for indian scientist because our race people are considered to be the brainies and hard working people....when we are having gineus in our country y are we depending on some other countries for technology?????
ok i guess most of u know about the intel pentium processor...there is a indian team behiend its development which revolutioned the computing.....we have many such teams which have been working for some other countries which are lead by indians...
INDIA is considered as the fastest growing markets all over the world so all the mnc are targeting our markets...i just wanna say some thing which many of us are not aware....INDIA is the major player of automoblie parts manufacutrares globally we are manufacutring and exporting those to automoblie gaints like ford,bmw,audi,these people assemble the parts again and sell them back to us again

INDIA is having technology which can revolutionize the world...just having the technology is not enough we need people who can market it effectively...what INDIA needs now is entraprenuers....we are mostly concentrating on services rather than manufacturing because they require less investment...so most of the people are into service domain rather than in manufacturing ...we have been the leading service providers in Information Technology and Bussiness Process Outsourcing...this is providing us jobs and economy with a fuge forex i accept with that but this is not reliable...our future must not be based on these services...there are many other countries which have work force who demand a little pay...if these countries move into this domain we will in a serious trouble....we have a threat from china and philiphines they are planning to do move into these domains

we have a small manufactring industries even they are targeting our domestic markets...as a results our products are not accepeted in other countries because of the low standrads what we maintain...

In the present senario we need people to start firms which can capture the international markets by manufacturing products....then only we can take our growth rate to a two digit figure....
to this to happen we have to create awarenss .....jago India jago

what is this education abroad is this really worth ??? this the hot topic for students doing there final or pre final year of any undergraduate course....lets see y students want to go abroad

friends i know most of u really want to go abroad because u need a fat salary package..i accept with that because ultimate goal of a human is to settle well in his life.Around 10,00,000 students are graduated every year from our country out of this 10% are going abroad to purse education. out of this 10 % only 50 % of them are getting a satisfactory job(not every one is getting handsome package)...

u must spend a minimum of 12,00,000 in any univ ...if u get a scholarship its well and good..incase if u dont get a scholarship u have bear all ur expenses..and its not confirm that ul get a good job after your course.forget about the creamy students lets talk about the average students now..most of the Indian familes are middle class family with an average income of 3.5-5 lac per anum. in case if u dont get a scholarship u they have to take a loan.

dont trust consultancies guys coz its their business they get their bread only if they send some students abroad.they say its very easy to get a part time job and ul get a job immediately after the course.They say so many thing to convince u..so dont trust any consultancy...a good friend of mine told me "Ask the people coming back about the road in which ur going to travel"...its a good quote just ask the people pursuing there or who came back after the course.
there are many successful stories there i accpet but remeber the consultancy show u only the people who succeeded not every one..there are many incidents which we have seen in our daily news papers that people had commited suicides there because they have to pay the loan they did not get a job there...


k now lets see this issue from a different angle
friends i just wanna ask u what is ur contribution in the development of our country.....first remeber this "Never ask what country has done to just think what u gave ur country"..we have lost so many brilliant students by this education abroad... i accept the pay is high there and life style is good..y its is so like that there ....because they are developed countries...development comes only when we are technically strong....just trading doesnt make a country rich..we must be innovative...indian are considered as the brainy chaps allover the world we are hard workers aslo..y are improving some organistions based in some other countries..y dont we work for a indian organisation and develop it...


i consider india is a land of oppurtunities ..all the other mnc are focusing on Indian markets now because they are potential ..friends never say that u dont have oppurtunities here "if der is a will u will have a way"...we have very good research organisation and govt spending million and millons on r&d...its shows ur lazieness to find a right institution in india for u...we dont have any consultancy for the good institutes in India...we have consultants for a small university abroad who boast about that even nothing is there...
my sincere advice to u my dear friends instead of spending that 16lacs there please start a small firm here atleast u can employ 2-3 people here.help our economy to boom then only we can find growth...if we atleast 1% of engineers getting graduated every year becomes entraprenuers we can generate around 5,00,000 new jobs every year....


Why do u want to be a second grade citizen working abroad who doesnt have any rights....love ur nation help the economy to bloom...jai hindh
